The Center for Human Resource Development at VNU-HCM offers head hunting, labor supply and job planning services to employers and employees in order to meet the needs of labor forces, small and medium businesses, and newly established organizations. The services provided include:
· Consultation for creating job descriptions and selectiing criteria for specific positions
· Consultation for employment contracts
· Recruitment processing and job interview specifics
· Orientation process and procedures
· Employee job planning and training skills
The Research Program of International Education Institute, VNU-HCM is built upon the Center for Human Resource Development (CHRD) of Vietnam National University HCMC. It was established for the purpose of disseminating current research findings in the field of human resource development, and for implementing educational research aimed at finding ways to improve the quality of training in Vietnam. Its research and training functions aim to develop high quality human resources for the Vietnamese educational system and, through education, to improve the quality of the skilled work-force needed for socio-economic development.
